Questions Families Ask
Camera is encouraged — being present together is the point. But every family is different, and your teen's comfort matters. Show up however you can. The experience will meet you there.
This is one of the most common things we hear. Start by having an honest conversation with them about what you're both carrying. Many teens who were reluctant to join became the most engaged in the room. The workout alone tends to open things up.
The Reset is designed to be live. The energy of families showing up together in real time is part of what makes it work. We strongly encourage live attendance to get the full experience.
Grades 6 through 12 — roughly ages 11 to 18. The frameworks used speak directly to where teens are developmentally: forming identity, testing boundaries, and deciding who to trust.
