- Participants must be at least 18 years old or have parental or guardian consent to enroll in the program.

- Enrollment is complete upon receipt of payment and acceptance of these terms.

- Participants are expected to attend sessions as scheduled. Sessions are recorded for later viewing, but live participation is encouraged for maximum benefit.

- Participants must have a safe environment and proper equipment for all physical activities.

- Payment for the program is due upon enrollment.

- Refunds are available for the first week of the program, after which no refunds will be provide

- Personal information collected during enrollment and participation will be kept confidential and used only for the purpose of providing services.

- Participants consent to the recording of sessions for internal use and promotional purposes.

- All materials provided during the Bootcamp, including but not limited to videos, guides, and handouts, are the intellectual property of The Power Coach Martize and may not be redistributed or used without permission.

- Participants agree to the Waiver and Release of Liability provided upon enrollment, which limits the liability of The Power Coach Martize in relation to any injuries or damages arising from participation in the program.

- The Power Coach Martize reserves the right to terminate a participant's enrollment in the program for violation of these terms or any conduct deemed harmful to the program's integrity.

- This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Illinois
